Dr. Barry Fuller opened his first office in 1968 in Havre de Grace in a basement on Union Avenue. In 1972,  Dr. Fuller and Dr. Jeffrey Cohen merged their practices and created Vision Associates.

Over the past 40 years, Vision Associates has opened new locations to better serve Harford and Cecil Counties.  Dr Fuller has since retired, but his commitment to unsurpassed patient care and community service lives on in all of our offices.
